The Bling Closeouts Affiliate Network is designed as a hybrid program combining retail sales, membership referrals, promotional rewards, vendor referrals, and optional 3×3 matrix bonuses.

Compensation Philosophy

The program is intended to be retail-first, customer-first, vendor-first, and compliance-first.

Rewards and commissions should be driven by real shopping activity, qualified memberships, verified vendor leads, approved inventory deals, and lawful promotional participation.

Three Affiliate Tracks

Free Affiliate

No purchase required. Earn promotional Arcade Tokens, Bling Coins, coupon opportunities, and future referral bonuses.

VIP Affiliate

Enhanced earning track for approved VIP Affiliates, including qualified commissions, matrix bonuses, and leadership rewards.

Vendor Affiliate

Refer inventory owners, warehouse lots, asset recovery projects, closeouts, liquidations, and wholesale suppliers.

Final rates must be approved before launch. Example framework:

Qualified Retail Sale

Up to 10%

Paid on eligible merchandise subtotal after refunds, chargebacks, taxes, shipping, and exclusions.

VIP Membership Referral

Flat or percentage

Subject to active membership status, payment clearance, and program rules.

Free Customer Referral

Tokens / Bling Coins

Promotional rewards only. No cash value.

Vendor Referral

Negotiated

Only after verified transaction, purchase, liquidation, or signed agreement.

3×3 Hybrid Matrix

The optional VIP matrix may include up to 39 total positions:

Level 1 = 3 positions
Level 2 = 9 positions
Level 3 = 27 positions
Total = 39 possible matrix positions

Matrix bonuses should only be paid according to approved rules, qualified activity, eligible membership status, verified sales, and compliance review.

Vendor Referral Compensation

Vendor Referral commissions may be based on the value of a completed inventory acquisition, liquidation, brokerage deal, asset recovery engagement, or marketplace vendor agreement.

Finder fees may be negotiated case-by-case and must be approved in writing before payment.

No Earnings Guarantee

No affiliate, VIP member, vendor referrer, or participant is guaranteed to earn money, commissions, bonuses, tokens, Bling Coins, or rewards. Earnings depend on effort, qualified transactions, lawful marketing, customer behavior, inventory availability, program approval, and compliance.
