Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
No. Bling Closeouts is a closeout and liquidation company. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law or approved by management.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All products are sold as-is and all sales are final.
Why are there no returns?
Closeout, liquidation, surplus, and overstock merchandise is sold at significant discounts. Because of this pricing model, returns and refunds are not offered.
Arcade Tokens
What are Arcade Tokens?
Arcade Tokens are promotional entertainment credits used inside participating Bling Vault Arcade games and activities.
Do Arcade Tokens have cash value?
No. Arcade Tokens have absolutely no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
Can I withdraw Arcade Tokens?
No. Arcade Tokens are for promotional arcade gameplay only.
How do I get Arcade Tokens?
You can earn Arcade Tokens through account registration, daily bonuses, referrals, promotions, merchandise purchases, memberships, and Arcade Token Packs.
Bling Coins
What are Bling Coins?
Bling Coins are promotional store reward credits that may be redeemed toward eligible purchases.
What is the current Bling Coin value?
The current conversion rate is 100 Bling Coins = $1.00 in store credit value.
Can Bling Coins pay for my entire order?
No. Bling Coins are currently limited to covering up to 50% of an eligible cart subtotal.
Can I cash out Bling Coins?
No. Bling Coins are promotional store credits only and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Free Arcade Tokens
Is a purchase required?
No. No purchase is necessary to create an account, claim eligible promotional bonuses, or submit a qualifying mail-in Arcade Token request.
How does the free mail-in request work?
Eligible participants may submit a USPS mail-in request for 100 free Arcade Tokens according to the rules listed on the Rewards and Legal pages.
Referrals & Affiliates
Can I earn rewards by referring friends?
Yes. Eligible referral bonuses may be awarded when friends join using your referral link.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent referrals are prohibited.
