Bling Closeouts is a closeout, liquidation, surplus, and discounted-goods business. Because of the nature of closeout merchandise, items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned unless otherwise required by law or approved at our sole discretion.

Participants may request free Arcade Tokens by USPS mail without making a purchase.

Each valid mail-in request may receive 100 free Arcade Tokens, subject to eligibility verification, promotional limits, fraud prevention procedures, and account review.

Arcade Tokens issued by mail-in request are promotional arcade-play credits only. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be exchanged for money, and are used only inside participating arcade systems.

Arcade Tokens are promotional entertainment credits used for arcade play only inside Bling Vault Arcade and participating Universal Closeouts Mega Verse arcade systems.

Arcade Tokens have no cash value.
Arcade Tokens cannot be redeemed for money.
Arcade Tokens cannot be withdrawn.
Arcade Tokens are not currency.
Arcade Tokens are not securities or investments.
Arcade Tokens do not represent ownership in any company.
Arcade Tokens may be modified, suspended, removed, or discontinued at any time.

Bling Coins

Bling Coins are promotional store reward credits that may be redeemable in the WooCommerce cart toward eligible purchases.

The current conversion rate is:

100 Bling Coins = $1.00 store credit value.

This conversion rate may change at any time.

50% Bling Coin Redemption Rule

Bling Coins may be redeemed in the WooCommerce cart, but they may only cover up to 50% of the eligible cart subtotal.

Example: If the eligible cart subtotal is $100.00, the maximum Bling Coin redemption is $50.00, which equals 5,000 Bling Coins.

This rule helps keep the reward system fair, sustainable, and available to all members.

Rewards Program Terms
