What is the Bling Closeouts Affiliate Program?
The Bling Closeouts Affiliate Program allows approved participants to refer shoppers, members, vendors, inventory owners, and asset recovery opportunities to the Bling Closeouts and Universal Closeouts network.
Is there a free affiliate option?
Yes. The Free Affiliate option allows participants to join without a purchase and earn promotional rewards such as Arcade Tokens, Bling Coins, and referral bonuses where available.
Do I need to buy anything to become an affiliate?
No purchase is required to participate in the Free Affiliate Program. Paid VIP Affiliate options may be offered separately with additional benefits.
Free Affiliate Program
What can Free Affiliates earn?
Free Affiliates may earn promotional rewards, including Arcade Tokens, Bling Coins, coupon opportunities, and future referral bonuses.
Do Arcade Tokens have cash value?
No. Arcade Tokens are promotional arcade-play credits only and have no cash value.
Can Bling Coins be cashed out?
No. Bling Coins are promotional store reward credits and may only be used according to current redemption rules.
VIP Affiliate Program
What is the VIP Affiliate Program?
The VIP Affiliate Program is an enhanced affiliate option that may include retail commissions, membership commissions, leadership rewards, bonus pools, and optional 3×3 matrix participation.
Are earnings guaranteed?
No. Earnings are never guaranteed. Results depend on lawful marketing activity, qualified sales, verified referrals, valid memberships, approved vendors, and program rules.
Can VIP benefits change?
Yes. Commission rates, bonus pools, reward values, VIP benefits, and program rules may change at any time.
3×3 Matrix Questions
What does 3×3 matrix mean?
A 3×3 matrix means up to 3 positions on Level 1, up to 9 positions on Level 2, and up to 27 positions on Level 3, for a total of 39 possible positions.
Is the matrix based only on recruiting?
No. The program should remain product, membership, shopping, vendor, and asset-recovery driven. Compensation should be tied to qualified sales, verified customers, memberships, and business activity, not simple recruitment alone.
Can I create duplicate accounts?
No. Duplicate accounts, fake accounts, self-referrals, bots, spam, manipulation, and fraud are prohibited.
Vendor Referral Questions
What is a Vendor Referral?
A Vendor Referral is a lead involving a supplier, wholesaler, liquidator, inventory owner, warehouse operator, manufacturer, distributor, closeout source, or asset recovery opportunity.
Can Vendor Referrals earn commissions?
Approved Vendor Referrals may qualify for negotiated referral commissions or finder fees if the referred opportunity results in a completed transaction.
Are Vendor Referral commissions automatic?
No. Vendor Referral compensation is subject to review, verification, written approval, and completion of a qualified transaction.
