Affiliate Terms & Conditions
These Affiliate Terms govern participation in the Bling Closeouts Affiliate Network, including Free Affiliate, VIP Affiliate, Vendor Referral, and promotional reward opportunities.
Agreement To Terms
By registering as an affiliate, sharing referral links, submitting vendor leads, accepting commissions, or participating in affiliate promotions, you agree to these Affiliate Terms & Conditions, the Legal Terms, Privacy Policy, Rewards Rules, and all applicable program rules.
Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age to participate as affiliates.
- Participants must be 21 years of age or older where required by gaming, promotional, rewards, or jurisdictional rules.
- Participation is void where prohibited by law.
- We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account.
Affiliate Conduct
- No spam, deception, false claims, misleading income representations, or illegal marketing.
- No self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, bots, or manipulation.
- No trademark abuse, domain squatting, impersonation, or unauthorized paid ads using protected names.
- No unlawful gambling claims, prize guarantees, cash-out claims, or misleading reward descriptions.
- No marketing to prohibited jurisdictions or underage participants.
Commissions & Rewards
Commissions, Bling Coins, Arcade Tokens, coupons, bonuses, matrix rewards, vendor referral payments, and promotional rewards are subject to verification, eligibility, tracking accuracy, fraud review, and program rules.
- No earnings are guaranteed.
- Commissions may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, canceled orders, duplicate accounts, or policy violations.
- Arcade Tokens have no cash value.
- Bling Coins are promotional store reward credits only.
- Bonus structures may change at any time.
3×3 Matrix Terms
The optional 3×3 matrix is intended as a hybrid reward structure tied to qualified activity and lawful program participation. It is not a guarantee of income and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Matrix bonuses may require active VIP status, qualified referrals, verified sales, compliance approval, and other conditions.
Vendor Referral Terms
Vendor Referral compensation is not automatic. Vendor leads must be legitimate, new, verifiable, and result in a completed transaction, written agreement, inventory purchase, liquidation, asset recovery engagement, or approved commercial opportunity.
Finder fees or commissions must be approved in writing by Universal Closeouts / Bling Closeouts before payment.
Payment Terms
- Payment schedules may vary by affiliate type.
- Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
- Tax documentation may be required.
- Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes.
- Payments may be delayed during fraud review, chargeback windows, or verification.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate any affiliate account for fraud, abuse, legal risk, brand damage, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, spam, policy violations, or suspicious activity.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions or rewards may be forfeited where permitted by law and program rules.
